Anissa, Accounts Coordinator

Accounts Coordinator
Anissa is a proud member of the Lepore team. She is a self-proclaimed military brat who has traveled the world learning about other cultures and traditions. In an effort to find better healthcare for her father she moved to our area from the St. Louis area in 2019. Her 10 + years background in working for insurance companies and then to her additional 10 + years working in the dental field gives her the unique experience to advocate in new ways for our patients. Allowing us to say with 100% certainty we will maximize every penny of your benefit. She decided she would not work for another insurance company because she wanted to benefit the public vs. the insurance CEO. In her off time, she enjoys spending time with her husband Alex, daughter Cheyenne and fur baby TaterTot. Game nights, shell hunting, popping tags while thrifting and finding those “one of kinds” at garage sales. She spent her youth rebuilding muscle cars, racing and doing motocross, so going to local shows with Alex is her favorite thing to do. If you want to ask questions about insurance or speak car and driver, she is the one to see in the office.

Passionate Hygienists at Lepore Comprehensive Dentistry

Staff Testimonial - Jessica
Jessica is a hygienist at Lepore Comprehensive Dentistry and has been in the field of dentistry since she was 16. The main thing she notices is the sense of purpose and belonging that she finds here at her job with Dr. Lepore. She stays true to her passion and wouldn’t trade this job for anything. The team is a family. They help each other out and Jessica loves the people she works with.

Being a hygienist, I’ve been in the dental field since I was 16, so a very long time. And one of the main things that I noticed before I started working here is, I started to just feel like I was on the treadmill, 8 – 5, cleaning teeth. And now that I’m here, I feel like I have a purpose. I feel like I have a belonging and it’s hard to find that purpose again in dentistry when you’ve been in it so long.

And the passion that I have for dentistry and the passion I have for the purpose and the vision that Dr. Lepore has is amazing. I wouldn’t trade this job for anything, and this isn’t just a job, this is my passion, this is what I do for a living. And when I go home at the end of the day, it doesn’t stop. I do research, I’m writing articles, I’m doing all kinds of things that will help not only better my career but will help better my patients’ health. So that way I’m up on things that they might not know or maybe something that they might bring to me. I want to be able to help educate them.

As our team that we have now, we have the best team we’ve ever had. I feel like we all work together, we all help each other out, and that is true. That is you can say you have teamwork in an office but this is, this is beyond real teamwork. This is our family, this is who we are. When we go home, sometimes we’ll send fun little text messages to each other. And it doesn’t necessarily end at 5’o clock when we go home at the end of the day and that’s the nice thing, that you have to love the people that you work with. And I think that we do.

Review by Olivia E.

This is the best dentistry I’ve been to for multiple reasons. What makes it stand out to me though is not only the amazing work done by him and his assistants, but also how friendly everyone is. I always leave with a happy attitude and smile:D
