Meet Our Team

Naiara, Treatment Coordinator

Naiara

Treatment Coordinator & Brand Administrator
Naiara was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina. She immigrated to the United States when she was only 10 years old. She started working in the dental field in 2013 as a part-time job and has grown to absolutely love the industry. What “fills her cup” is to build connections with people like you and get to know your personal story. She is the consummate “people person” and is extremely passionate about partnering with patients throughout their dental journey. Dental treatment is not everyone’s favorite thing to do and that’s why it’s her mission to make sure that your voice is always the loudest in the room. Outside of work, she has a wonderful husband, Josh, and two red-headed kids, Lilah and Liam, who keep her busy. On the weekends, you’ll find her relaxing at home reading a book, out and about trying new food and drink, paddleboarding, or simply enjoying precious time with her family.

Trista, Patient Concierge

Trista

Patient Relations Coordinator
Trista, originally a Vermont native, made the exciting move to Florida in November 2023, and she's absolutely loving it! With 7 years of experience in the dental field, she found her passion and delights in connecting with our community's wonderful patients. At home, Trista shares her space with two charming cats, Copper and Zeke, and an adorable dog named Louie. When she's not at work, you'll find Trista exploring the diverse shops and restaurants Florida has to offer or immersing herself in the vibrant events and festivals scattered across different towns. And if you're wondering where she finds her serenity, it's by the beach – Trista finds the water incredibly calming and relaxing. Here's a fun tidbit: Trista was a figure skater for over 18 years!

Passionate Hygienists at Lepore Comprehensive Dentistry

Staff Testimonial - Jessica
Jessica is a hygienist at Lepore Comprehensive Dentistry and has been in the field of dentistry since she was 16. The main thing she notices is the sense of purpose and belonging that she finds here at her job with Dr. Lepore. She stays true to her passion and wouldn’t trade this job for anything. The team is a family. They help each other out and Jessica loves the people she works with.

Being a hygienist, I’ve been in the dental field since I was 16, so a very long time. And one of the main things that I noticed before I started working here is, I started to just feel like I was on the treadmill, 8 – 5, cleaning teeth. And now that I’m here, I feel like I have a purpose. I feel like I have a belonging and it’s hard to find that purpose again in dentistry when you’ve been in it so long.

And the passion that I have for dentistry and the passion I have for the purpose and the vision that Dr. Lepore has is amazing. I wouldn’t trade this job for anything, and this isn’t just a job, this is my passion, this is what I do for a living. And when I go home at the end of the day, it doesn’t stop. I do research, I’m writing articles, I’m doing all kinds of things that will help not only better my career but will help better my patients’ health. So that way I’m up on things that they might not know or maybe something that they might bring to me. I want to be able to help educate them.

As our team that we have now, we have the best team we’ve ever had. I feel like we all work together, we all help each other out, and that is true. That is you can say you have teamwork in an office but this is, this is beyond real teamwork. This is our family, this is who we are. When we go home, sometimes we’ll send fun little text messages to each other. And it doesn’t necessarily end at 5’o clock when we go home at the end of the day and that’s the nice thing, that you have to love the people that you work with. And I think that we do.

Review by Olivia E.

This is the best dentistry I’ve been to for multiple reasons. What makes it stand out to me though is not only the amazing work done by him and his assistants, but also how friendly everyone is. I always leave with a happy attitude and smile:D
