I love coming here because it feels good for my family when we come in – they are really great at working with my schedule and we have a big family we have 4 children, and we need to make sure that one of us is with a smaller child at one time so they take care of where the scheduling is just perfect where just one of us is with the kids while the other two are getting their cleanings, so they alternate.
I think it is always nice too because everybody is just so personable they know the kids, they know them by their names and interests – they give an update on them every time they come, and they shut all of us down and it is just our family – everybody shares and it really is just a pleasant experience and it is really nice – you get to know everybody.
Yeah one thing that I do love about coming here is that he is so good at explaining the root cause of something going on, for instance my son, he has been grinding his teeth. And he was like this is actually the reason and lets find out the reason behind why he is grinding his teeth – not just ‘oh he is grinding his teeth’ and I have learnt things that I didn’t even
know before.
I think for me it has been several occasions where he’s like ‘hey I am seeing this and this could be the cause’, and then he explained to me and helped me with my primary care doctor do it. It’s kind of like looking at the signs and the symptoms and say you might want to talk to your primary care about this and this is information I think my doctor can use to address those issues.
As a person with extreme anxiety (especially at the dentist) I have to say, this is one of the few places I have ever felt comfortable. Well, as comfortable as I can, that is. The staff has always gone out of their way to make sure I was doing okay and never made me feel like I was being ridiculous (even though I usually am). I am greatly appreciative of their patience, humor, and honesty.
